Project Involve is jointly funded by Bedford Borough and Central Bedfordshire Council with the aim to provide all town and parish councils in Bedfordshire access to build and maintain their own website. Our team provide training; advice and support to make sure you get your website live as easily as possible.

This is a completely free service, providing of course that your town or parish council falls within the boundaries of Bedfordshire.

Do I need computer skills?

It is advisable that you have at least basic computer skills to use the Project Involve Web Content Management System (CMS).  

What is a Content Management System (CMS)?

A Web Content Management System is a CMS designed to simplify the publication of Web content to Web sites, in particular allowing content creators to submit content without requiring technical knowledge of HTML or the uploading of files. 

Training dates

The next training dates are available in July. Once you select a session, you will be taken to an online form to complete in order to register your interest to attend. There are usually 10 spaces per session. Training will take place at Bedford Borough offices at Cauldwell Street, Bedford.
